Instructions
on How to Use the Time Calculator, for Adding Hours and
Minutes
To
use the online time calculator simply enter the minutes on the right, and the
hours on the left. You DO
NOT enter decimal points, words, or any type of punctuation mark including
colons (:). DO NOT press the
enter key for the online version of the time calculator. To obtain the result, after you enter
numbers, left click on the calculation button, or press the tab key. Alternatively, you can left click with
the mouse on the tan background.
However, the tab key is the most efficient way to use the calculator,
because it also moves the cruiser from one cell to another. If you want to delete all of the numbers
that you entered press the button marked: CLEAR (delete all). If you want to print your results you
should open the printer friendly version of the online calculator.
The Excel and
OpenOffice Calc versions of the calculator work the same as above, except you
can use the enter key to obtain the calculated results.

Each
time you open a template you must save the resulting document with a file name
